The fundament of the conception of technical development Is the change of the ports in the logistic and shipping centre. Prerequisites of České přístavy for ensuring the complex operation of the products are given by a good position, existing and planned facilities and lastly also by goal-seeking management of the control of the services offered. The provision of complex services except the necessity of tangible investments into the basic facilities has also other specifications which consists In for instance in all week uninterrupted dispatching of products, ensuring of customs services and wireless storage in the premises accommodated to specific conditions of the goods. Long-time practice in the services offered and acquired experience provide the guarantee of the efficiency of the control, factual and reasonable investment and mistake-free commercial orientation on the maximum satisfaction of the requirements of the customer.

Extension of the siding tracks
In 2009 was completed and put into operation project "Expansion of intermodal transport terminal" in port Mělník.
The project was realized with financial participation of the European Regional Development Fund/ Cohesion Fund / and subsidies from the state budget in this range:
In 2009 were modernized vessels Apollo and TR 31, consisting of the installation of radar equipment to both vessels. Both events took place within the Operational Programme Transport for the financial participation of the European Regional Development Fund and subsidies from the state budget in this range:
- subsidies from the state budget = 22 280,00 CZK
- subsidies from the state budget = 22 280,00 CZK
There were completed the projects "Craft TR 31 Remotorization - purchase of low-emission drive units" and "Craft TR 436 Remotorization - purchase of low-emission units" in October. Both projects were implemented with the financial participation of the European Regional Development Fund and grants from the state budget in this range:
- subsidies from the state budget = 463 472,85 CZK
- subsidies from the state budget = 293 155,49 CZK
In 2011 occured at the vessels of foreign shipping to exchange a substantial part of the shell plating, all with the financial participation of the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Transport.
Vessels:
In 2011 were ensured at the push barge TC 1068 lightweight covers of the cargo space that significantly extends the possibility to use the vessel for the transport of various materials. Vessel becomes eligible to transport material that due to weather conditions succumbs to destruction. Lightweight covers were purchased for the financial participation of the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Transport.
